About the Founder
Brynn Tyler, RN, BSN is a psychiatric registered nurse and PMHNP student with clinical experience across inpatient and behavioral health settings. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed care, ethical practice, and evidence-based mental health education.
After witnessing gaps in accessible, practical psychiatric education, Brynn founded Mindful Nurse Education to bridge the space between theory and real-world clinical application. Her approach emphasizes small, intentional clinical decisions that improve patient safety, therapeutic rapport, and long-term outcomes.
She believes trauma-informed nursing is not a trend — it is a standard of care.
Through continuing education, free educational resources, and professional workshops, Brynn supports nurses and healthcare professionals in strengthening clinical confidence while maintaining compassion.
Her mission is simple:
Small choices. Safer care.
Our Mission
